IFRC and PNS supported DRR programs- different
approaches- steps, tools, modalities, etc.
Mid-term evaluation of CBDRR program - mentioned the
need for the common approach
Concept paper prepared in late 2011, validated in mid
2012; ToR for consultants developed
Coordination board was formed in November 2012
ADPC selected for this assignment in January 2013.
