1. A brave girl named Hayley

2. Once upon a time there was a girl named Hayley. She was
brave, pretty, nice, happy, friendly and helpful.

3. Hayley was scared of snakes, but she had to solve this
problem.

4. Hayley had to chase the snake away because Zoe was stuck
in the tree. Luckily the snake slithered away, but Zoe
couldn’t get out of the tree. Hayley needed lots of help so
Catherine came. She said , “Do you need some help?”
Hayley said please. They pulled and pulled .

5. Zoe eventually came out. Then they went to the park. It
was light, sunny and beautiful. There was a pond for ducks
and lots of animals.

6. Then the snake came back! Catherine was too scared to
chase the snake away. The snake was poisonous. The big
snake bit Zoe.

7. Zoe had to be rushed to hospital. The doctor got Zoe
better .

8. Catherine and Hayley found a metal stick and stabbed the
snake.
