Positive Displacement Pump PDP1000
PDP1030/PDP1010 is designed to be different from other dispensers. It utilized direct drive mechanism to deliver precise
amount of epoxy air free. It can be used on any type of epoxy/adhesive that is package in standard 30 and 10cc
industrial barrel. It is especially useful for volumetric dispensing of short pot life material because no moving parties in
contact with the epoxy/adhesive. This ensures that no material will be dried or cured within the equipment. Therefore
it requires little or no maintenance.
PDP1030/PDP1010 is a truth volumetric dispenser because it dispenses the exact volume of programmed epoxy/

Programmable Digital Dispenser PD4000
Dispensers typically have some difficulty with maintaining a consistence dispensed volume over the entire syringe
of material. Generally the dispensed volume drops as the volume of material decreases in a syringe. How serious
a problem depends on factors like viscosity, dispensed volume, needle sizes etc. PD4000 is designed with feedback
mechanisms that allow it to automatically compensate to rectify the reduction in dispensed volume. It is simple to use
and does not require any special setting or other inputs.

IDS1000 is suitable for medium to high volume productions; it combines flexibility with practical functionality for the most
cost-effective dispensing solution.
IDS1000 is built on a dispensing platform that is designed for fast and accurate dispensing of a wide variety of materials.
It is built using the latest technology on LINEAR actuators and motors with close-loop feedback. Its accuracy and

SV300 is an air atomizing Spray Valve. It utilized low air pressure to break coating materials into tiny droplets and deposit
it onto any coating surfaces. Atomizing pressure can be as low as 8psi. This will ensure that coating material hitting the

Meter Mix Dispensing System
Meter Mix Dispensing Systems provide the most accurate and convenient way to mix and
dispense 2-part materials like polyurethane, epoxies and silicone. From a table top gravity fed
system to fully automated in-line systems, TechnoDigm has a Meter-Mix Dispensing System to

Two-part materials consist of a “Resin” component and a “Hardener” component. When
combined in the correct ratio, the mixture will begin to cure, with some materials curing in as
short as 10 minutes. This short curing time makes it difficult to manually mix large quantities of

Meter Mix dispensing systems keep the resin and hardener separated and only combine

23. UV Curing Systems
UV Spot Curing UVSPOT
UVSPOT is designed for operations that require flexibility, high performance/very high intensity and reliability. Its optics/
UV was engineered for maximum efficiency in the delivery of UV energy through a light guide. Its design also ensures
that not much heat will be transmitted. UV Spot has a lamp life expectancy of 2000hrs and a maximum intensity of
13,000mW/cm². Maintenance free and with slow degradation, it will have low lamp replacement rate. This results in
good productivity and reliability in the production process.

• Long Lamp Life of 2000hrs
The system is designed with an optimized cooling system and an efficient optics design. This enables the lamp
to be cooled and maintain at a proper temperature for best performance. Degradation of the lamp is slow and
gradual and even at 2000hrs significant intensity can still be obtained from the lamp.
• Cool Light Output
UV Spot has a specially designed IR filter that helps to cut off high percentage of IR from transmitting through the
light guide.
• Timer Controlled Shutter
UV Spot has a programmable shutter for user to vary or set a certain intensity value. This setting can be easily done
through the LCD interface. Values from 1 to 100% can be set.
• Quick-change Lamp
The unique feature of the system is in its quick changing of lamp. The lamp can be easily accessed by removing a
side panel just by loosening a single thumbscrew.

24. UV Point UVP
UV Spot Curing system is a high performance compact light curing system. Maintenance free, it incorporates an
ozone-free long life lamp and a highly efficient reflector for maximum output. The system is designed for convenience
of use with any curing process as it is highly portable it is also suitable for use with conveyors.

• Long Lamp Life
The lamp housing is designed to optimize airflow so that there is proper and adequate cooling of the lamp. This will
prevent hot spots and arc sputtering thus helping to maintain good life span for the lamp. The lamp is also designed
with does not degrade sharply over time.
• Cool Light Output
UV Point comes with a diachronic coated mirror, which reflects only the usable UV wavelengths of light through the
light guide. IR, which is the main cause of heat, is thus minimized. This ensures that curing will be as cool as possible.
Combined with an optional inline filter, heat transmitted to the substrate/material can be cut even further. This
compares favorably to units in this class, which only uses inline filter thus resulting in high IR being transmitted.

UV Conveyor UVC2000
UVC2000 is a high intensity RF powered system which uses electrodeless lamp that is highly reliable and cost effective
to use. These electrodeless lamps have high efficiency and good performance with a long working life thus providing
more stability to curing of UV adhesive and epoxies.
The lamp module incorporates a highly elliptical reflective reflector that combines well with the lamp to provide a high
peak of UV irradiance. This high peak irradiance provides more efficient and faster curing with relatively low infrared
emission. Start up time is short (less than a minute). A standby mode is provided for even faster start up.
As a system, UVC2000 is easy to use and incorporate into production lines without much effort.

25. UV Bench Top Conveyor UV6
UV6 is a bench top or stand mounted light curing system, designed for laboratory or high volume production
applications. The conveyor features a quiet variable speed motor, with a velocity regulating drive that keeps the belt
speed constant for varying loads. The system can be configured with single or dual high intensity lamp heads UVMR400,
UVR600 or UVR800, which can be easily removed and reconfigured as stand mounted systems for increased versatility.
