What have we already
done?
We were already project managers on the initial case
competition planning committee!
Accomplishments till now…
 Researched other competitions and formulated the weekend
long agenda for the case competition
 Completed list of target business schools to recruit for the
competition
 Working with Haas administration to work out conference date
and logistics in the Spring semester
