Coates International's Solution to Reduce Harmful Emissions From Flared Gas
1. Part of the Coates Family arrived in the United States in 1717 and purchased land in
Pennsylvania where they opened one of the first Iron Foundries in the United States.
This area is now known as Coatesville, PA. George Washington stayed at the Coates
residence on many occasions and was a good friend of the Coates family. The Coates
Organization originated in England, Ireland, and then in the United States. Coates
International, Ltd. is based in New Jersey and was incorporated in Delaware in 1987.
2. The Company’s mission is to lower the consumption of fossil fuels, utilize
alternative fuels, and reduce the production of harmful emissions that are
continuously being released into the atmosphere.
3.
4. Flare off gas is the burning off of raw natural
gas, a byproduct of oil production,
150,000,000,000 cubic meters of natural gas is
flared off into our atmosphere annually. It is
called waste gas. The dollar value of this waste
gas is $30,600,000,000 USD discarded every
year.
The elements in this flare off gas are (H2), (N2),
(O2), (CO), (C1), (C2), (C3), (I-Butene), (iC4),
(NC4),(Trans-2-Butene), (CIS-2-Butene), (IC5),
(NC5), (C6+), (H2S), and other sulfur
compounds.
Just one breath of (H2S) could kill a human
being instantly.
There are thousands of flare stacks worldwide
5. These dangerous toxic pollutants are
continuously being pumped out night and day
into the atmosphere that we breathe. These
toxins affect eyes, nose, throat, lungs, and
causes cancer and other diseases.
Approximately 300,000 people die in the United
States alone every year from heart and lung
disease as a direct result of inhalation of these
pollutants and many more people around the
world are affected with the same results.
Forest trees, vegetation, the food we eat, lakes,
rivers, oceans, fish and all life forms are
affected. Acidic rain and wind spreads these
toxic pollutants all over the world.

Coates CSRV Industrial Electric power engine generator
operating on natural gas under full load
Coates International, Ltd. can manufacture other products including
engines of all types and sizes to satisfy the needs of its customers.
However, the company is concentrating at this time on manufacturing and
distribution of industrial CSRV electric power engine generators for the
