for dual active duty and must be done in person. Open registration for all other eligible patrons

THE NEWCOMERS LUNCHEON is held monthly at the Tradewinds Enlisted Club/J.R. Rockers and
is open to all personnel on PCS orders (including family members on PCS orders) during the
