guardian, Roxanne Grinage, whom we have appointed to protect us from further injuries inflicted
by the political and financial motivations of child abuser terrorists Fern Brown Caplan, Esquire,
Timothy E. Possenti, Esquire and Judge Robert J. Matthews; and sets forth only these
declarations for which we are in possession of undisputed and undisputable evidence.
1. Court of Common Pleas Philadelphia Family Court Division and This Court's
Clerk of Court is bound by The Pennsylvania Code Section 101.9. Formation of Special
Tribunal. (a) Upon the filing of a notice of appeal requiring the formation of a Special Tribunal
pursuant to PA. CaNST. Art. V, Section 18(c)(1) or (3), the Clerk of the Court of Judicial
Discipline shall promptly notify the Court of Administrator of Pennsylvania; (b) Notice to The
Court Administrator of Pennsylvania shall include the name of any judge of the Superior or
Commonwealth Court who is: (1) a member of the Judicial Conduct Board or the Court of
Judicial Discipline; and/or (2) a complainant, a party, or a witness in the underlying case on

3. appeal; (c) Upon receipt of notice from the Clerk of the Court of Judicial Discipline, the COUlt
Administrator of Pennsylvania shall immediately set a date, time and location for the selection of
the Special Tribunal, which selection shall take place no later than twenty (2) days after notice
from the Court of Judicial Discipline. The selection proceeding shall be open to the ublic; (d)
The seven (7) members of the Special Tribunal shall be chosen by lot from a list of the] udges of
the Superior and Commonwealth Courts who are on regular and active duty. The list shall not
include those judges specified in paragraphs b(l) and (2).
2. March 2nd Listing in DR No. OC0705124 is Canceled and no bench warr t or
other false deployment oflaw enforcement will be enacted by Court of Common Pleas
Philadelphia Family Court Judge Robert J. Matthews against Roxanne Grinage or Lorrai e
Grinage and Judge Robert J. Matthews; Fern Brown Caplan; Timothy E. Possenti; Saun ra O.
Sullivan and Diane Kearney are ordered by twenty (20) Philadelphia families to STAY WAY
from any proceedings which impact the interests of Lorraine Grinage's children, Ezekiel nd
Arriyel Brown. Erick L. Brown is ordered to demonstrate recovery from active addictio
visiting with his children outside of Saundra O. Sullivan's household.
3. If any staff member of Clerk's staff states as has been stated on prior filing

January 21, 2010 and Erick Brown knew his wife was alive, had hear from his wife, Lorraine Grinage,
frequently and defrauded Georgia Recorder to obtain fraudulent expungement to commit bigamy with
Saundra Sullivan on December 24, 2009 and defraud Social Security Income Disability by concealing
their live in arrangement which shared his auto mechanic earnings since July 5,2009 until present.
18. Plaintiffs' right to due process requires assignment of a judge who will fairly
consider evidence and not destroy evidence in prejudicial favor of drug addict father Erick L.

of Judge Robert J. Matthews Fern Brown Caplan, Esquire ordered abused Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown will
call in to give official statement of Grinage/Brown/Brownson family's commitment to protect Ezekiel and
Arriyel from further injuries verified caused in Saundra O. Sullivan's household. Lorraine Grinage will
file petition to modify custody proving with twenty witnesses' statements including a Psychological
Injuries Assessment of a Child Psychiatrist professional, and cell phone and video capture pies and audio
of Saundra 0 Sullivan and Erick L. Brown's drunken binges, threatening the kids with "I'm going whup
dat ass", or "I'm gonna tell your dad to "whup your ass." And our own video and audio capture of
Ezekiel demonstrating how and where and who beats on Arriyel; Ezekiel's stating over again while
playing, not being questioned or aware he is being filmed, "1 scared of daddy" and "he whupped my
ass ... .I said 1 was sorry ... .I said I was sorry but he whupped my ass .... " And "1 want to stay here - 1 no
want go Saundra house." And the android "ma ma ma ma" chirping both Ezekiel and Arriyel just say "ma
ma ma ma ma ma" over and over again regardless of who they are talking to. When asked if they are told
to call Saundra Sullivan mom, poor little Ezekiel drops his head and looks ashamed. When Ezekiel
demonstrates that Saundra's son beats Arriyel on the legs and back, little 3 year old Ezekiel says "I hit
him back - I try to beat em up - but he whup my ass." Baby Ezekiel has developed a stutter, curls up in
fetal position and whines, talks about being scared of a man under the covers, talks about being scared of
daddy, talks about Saundra Son "duke" beating Arriyel on the back and on and on and on and I honestly
hope Fern Brown Caplan, Timothy E. Possenti, Esquire and Judge Robert J. Matthews know the pain of
'witnessing irreparable injuries to someone they love, as they have greedily and unnecessarily inflicted
upon Roxanne Grinage, Lorraine Grinage, Erick L. Brown, Ezekiel Brown and Arriyel Brown.
(8) During 4 weekend visits since January 21, 2010 Judge Matthews order, Ezekiel and
Arriyel are observed to be suffering with colds congestion and coughs and sore throats that are not getting
better. Over the counter medications being given to the children have exceeded recommended usage
warnings. Roxanne Grinage's grandchildren are not to go back into Saundra O. Sullivan's house for any
reason and Erick L. Brown is to account to someone about his clean time or what he is doing about his
active addiction problem before getting access to endanger and abuse Ezekiel and Arriyel further. Non-
negotiable.
(9) Roxanne Grinage gives official statement of her commitment as a grandmother and as a
business owner to support daughter Lorraine Grinage's efforts to protect her children from being court
ordered back into Saundra O. Sullivan's house and tyrannical acts of Philadelphia Family Court to snatch
Ezekiel and Arriyel back will not be successful as Roxanne Grinage has moved her precious family out of
state and away from the tyranny and destruction of Judge Robert J. Matthews bench warrants and Anne
Marie Ambrose DHS kidnap for profit schemes and Saundra O. Sullivan's SSI fraud and wanna be a
foster mom scheme and Erick L. Brown's can't get clean and stay clean and can't protect his kids bulls hit.

12/14/2009 when we tried to rescue Ezekiel and Arriyel from drunk father Erick Brown and abusive
