An evergreen tropical tree 50 to 100 ft. tall, with oblong opposite leaves that
are smooth, glossy; they have a turpentine smell. The bark is scaly gray and
the trunk forks into multiple trunks about 3 - 5' from the ground.

Jamun has fragrant white flowers in branched clusters at stem tips and
purplish-black oval edible berries. The juicy fruit-pulp contains resin, gallic

13. Manufacturing Process of Diabohills Juice at Herbal Hills
STEP : I
Processing Raw Herbs :
All the Raw Materials (RM) Karela, Amla Fruit, Harde, Baheda, Neem, giloy, Methi,
Ambehaldi, Sunthee, Shatavari, Ashwagandha, Kadu chirayata, Bel Leaves and Gudmar
are washed, cut and crushed into small pieces
STEP : II
• The mixture is boiled at 110oC
• The boiled material is then cooled at room temperature
STEP : III
• The pulp of Jamun (seeds of Jamun are not used) is prepared and mixed with all above
ingredients and crushed and water is added
• After the addition of preservative, the homogenized mixture is mixed thoroughly and In
process sample is taken and sent for testing.
• The sample passing specifications are taken for packing.
