• If someone else logs onto the same Spotify
account, it prevents you from carrying on

• It wont be able to offer features that other
devices can such as the ability to ring someone
(Iphone).
4. Opportunities
• If you have premium you can download songs to the
device, and listen to them offline.
• You could make Spotify premium come with the device so
that it’s a one off payment and then you permanently have
it. This would be a good incentive to buy the product in the
first place.
• You could add the ability to buy the music off Spotify so
then people who want to mix can use the music.
• If you pay for Spotify premium consecutively for six
months, you get the next two months free.
• You could make it cheaper because a lot off the music will
be streamed over the internet as appose to being stored on
the device.
5. Threats
• The app is easily downloaded on any smart
phone meaning that the competition can still
offer the same benefits.
• There are many competitors already out there
(Ipod, mp3 and mp4).
