Finding the A+ in shifting educational paradigms
Stillness
Developed by Erik Erikson

Is stillness still possible?
“Sit still and be quiet!” (But I haven’t done that in years!)

I sentence you to 13 years…
Hey I have an idea! Let’s make
schools like this:
Divide kids up by their age
Give them only a certain amount of
time to learn multiple different subjects
Lets signal that we are cutting them
off with an obnoxious bell!
We don’t want them to forget what
we spend a whole 40 minutes going
over, better give them some practice at
home too!

Oh, and no bathroom breaks either!
Sit still, and be quiet!
What do you mean you don’t know what you want
to do with your life? What interests you?
