PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
I joined Babcock & Wilcox Canada (B&W) as a Fitter/welder in May 23, 1995 with 20 years experience
in the metal fabrication/construction industry. I was Involved in weld procedure implementation as a
CWB Welding Supervisor, welding as a CWB certified welder and fabrication/installation of steel stairs,
railings, miscellaneous iron and industrial blowers.
Since joining B&W, I have used my leadership abilities, analytical skills and sound judgement to
supervise quality control inspectors at B&W Coronation main plant involved in fabrication of nuclear
steam generators. I then supervised receiving inspection of nuclear materials at B&W Coronation
facility, the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Restart and the Bruce Power Restart of Units 1 & 2.

6. PROFILE
In this open contract position I was a member of a shift operation with crews of 20 people
simultaneously servicing six steam generators inside the reactor building at Pickering Nuclear
Generating Station.
Remote computer operation of robotic steam generator servicing equipment.
Manual operation of high pressure waterlancing equipment and drainage equipment.
Set-up and tear down of mechanical and robotic systems.
Data recording of waterlancing progress and daily logs.
Troubleshooting and maintenance to this equipment as necessary.
Many of these duties involved work in high radiation areas requiring extra radiation protective equipment
and monitoring devices and work via remote visual and audio monitoring.
Fabrication Inspector, Commonwealth Edison, Byron Generating Station, Byron Illinios. –
September/1997 to November/1997.
In this position I was involved in warranty work for Babcock and Wilcox. We re-adjusted the tube bundle
alignment. This involved grinding the J-tabs loose, re-positioning the tubes and re-welding the J-tabs.
