Trinitas Training Services provide training and development
solutions to employers looking to improve and enhance the
knowledge and skills of its employees.

Bespoke Programmes – By working with you to deliver a
tailor made package we provide the flexibility to meet your

programmes that are right for your organisation and ensures you
receive the most efficient and cost effective package.

Training Locations & Facilities – All of our courses can be
delivered in either your chosen workplace or at our training centre
based in Nottingham. A number of our courses can be delivered
via a distance learning option too. By providing flexible ways of
delivering our training programmes we are able to meet your

Certification & Accreditation - All courses are certified.

Training Identification Consultancy – The training and
development of staff is essential for all organisations. We are able
to work with you to identify key training requirements for your
employees and devises Personal Development Programmes
(PDPs) for these individuals. This will help you meet regulatory
requirements alongside planning your individual training budgets.

Comprehensive Delegate Feedback – Following course
completion you will receive a full delegate summary, covering all
learning outcomes, further training and development needs and
an overview of delegate thoughts on the course. This will enable
you to review the effectiveness of the course and indeed the
effectiveness of our service.

Learner Support Service - Throughout a delegates time with
us we offer a Learner Support Service to provide guidance,
advice and direction during the completion of their learning. This
facility helps to maintain delegate engagement and motivation
whilst also allowing us to identify and manage potential issues.

Cost – The costs of our training packages are formulated on an
individual basis. This allows us the flexibility to meet your needs
with a bespoke training package and also give you the most cost
effective options based on delegate numbers and locations.
