Salary Survey's;
We regularly conduct salary surveys that cover all levels of roles across our core specialisms and
welcome your contribution to this. We are happy to provide you with details of our findings.

We want to ensure that our service is exactly what you need it to be.
We therefore conduct face-to-face Service Reviews, at a frequency to suit you. We also send you our
Service Evaluation forms to complete after each placement that we make with you.
Temporary Staffing – Added Value Services
Legal Compliance;
We work with you to ensure legal compliance at all times and
brief you on upcoming legislation e.g. AWR (Agencies Workers
Regulations).
Job Shadowing;
As with permanent vacancies, we are happy to job shadow the role to be filled by a Temporary Assignment
professional, so that we fully understand your requirements and can match effectively.
Free Handover Period;
For long-term bookings, we offer a four hour free handover period if our Temporary Assignment Professional
needs to be briefed on their role by a member of your staff or an outgoing Temporary Assignment Professional.
Service Evaluation;
We pride ourselves on service excellence, so we monitor our Temporary Staffing Service to you in three key
ways;
1. Regular face-to-face Service Reviews with you at a frequency of your choice.
2. Service Evaluation per Temporary Assignment Professional –we send you a Service Evaluation form for you to
evaluate them as an individual. This helps us in their Appraisals, as well as knowing how well they are
performing for you and how well we have met your needs.
3. Service Evaluation of Hamlin Knight – we send you a Service Evaluation form about our service and how well
your consultant is meeting your requirements. This can again be at a frequency of your choosing.
Communication;
We understand that successful working partnerships are based on regular communication, so we will always
keep you informed about every stage in finding the right Temporary Assignment Professionals for you.
30 Minute Response Time;
We aim to respond to your request for a Temporary Assignment Professional within 30
minutes.
This means that we will tell you immediately if we can provide the right person for you, or
to agree what our next actions will be to assist your needs.

Permanent Staffing
To support you in filling positions from a junior level to a senior manager level.
We operate on a contingent basis where we only charge an introductory
fee if we successfully fill your vacant position.
Temporary Staffing
Provision of temporary staff; “Assignment Professionals”
Assignment professionals are available to provide short
and long term cover for special projects, staff shortages
or peaks in workload.
Contract Staffing
Supply high calibre staff on a fixed term contract basis.
Contracts typically range from 3 months to 1 year in duration.
Temporary – Permanent Staffing
Enables you to fill a position with a candidate who starts work with you on a temporary basis initially.
Once both parties are certain that the match is right they become a permanent member of your staff.
