Group Health Cooperative is a non-profit health system serving 580,000 patients through 25 medical offices and 2 hospitals in Washington and North Idaho. It contracts with 6,000 physicians and 44 hospitals. The system aims to transition from disease-based programs to integrated care plans focused on the patient, moving from a focus on diseases or body parts to focusing on the patient and solving problems with new thinking.
