Outlook for June
“What happened to Redondo Beach residential real estate activity in May?” you ask. Honestly, I am not
sure. But, according to the MLS total sales, median sales price, median days to sell, sales/listing ratio,
and months of inventory all reportedly took a dip in performance expectations. Year-over-year stats also
revealed similar data.
“Based on this news what can we expect in June?” you ask. Although I do not have a crystal ball I will say,
however, because the cost to borrow money remains at historically low levels, and since we are entering
into summertime, I expect a rather quick correction in market performance activity.

But, according to the MLS total sales, median sales price, median days to sell, sales/listing ratio, and months of inventory all reportedly took a dip in performance expectations.
