As Prime Contractor, Grōt, Inc. managed subcontractors and facilitated scheduling of multiple phased renovations of the Social Security Office at the Carl Perkins Federal Building in Ashland, KY. Renovation included interior finishes, interior stone facing, installation of new electrical & mechanical systems, and installation of new IWS/LAN network system.
As Prime Contractor, Grōt, Inc. managed subcontractors and facilitated scheduling of multiple phased renovations of the Social Security Office at the Carl Perkins Federal Building in Ashland, KY. Renovation included interior finishes, interior stone facing, installation of new electrical & mechanical systems, and installation of new IWS/LAN network system.
As Prime Contractor, Grōt, Inc. supervised an interior and electrical upgrade of the Barr Street U.S. Courthouse in Lexington, KY. This project consisted of a demolition of the existing and upgrade of the distribution service. It also required an excavation and installation of new primary & secondary duct banks, and a specific upgrade from an 800 Amp, 120/208 volt service to a 2500 Amp, 277/480 volt service. This was accomplished while maintaining the operations of the U.S. Courts and U.S. Marshalls throughout the project.
As Prime Contractor, Grōt, Inc. managed subcontractors and facilitated scheduling of multiple phased renovations while keeping each facility 90% operational.
