Regional Goals – from Workgroup meetings • Preservation of scenic beauty and rural areas • Housing choices for all and less segregation by income levels • Walkable, mixed-use urban areas and towns • Preservation of character and QOL of existing neighborhoods and towns • Recognition of the importance of urban design and form • Planning for development is integrated with infrastructure planning and availability
