77/388/EEC)
• You would pay taxes for the difference between the
purchase price and the selling price (added value
or depreciation)
• E.g.1: You buy €430 in gold and sell it for
€450€, you should include in your tax declaration a
revenue of €20
• E.g. 2: You buy €500 in gold and sell it for
€450, you should include in your tax declaration a
loss of €50.
