► were founded in 1997 as a specialty technology company
► moved to MCH and family health specialization in 2000
► developed Florida web based Medicaid MomCare system in 2001
We ► developed Florida BASINET FIMR management program in 2004
► began to deploy FIMR nationally in 2005
► developed and deployed WFS in 2007, began nationally in 2009
