I have described about one of the best leaders that I have worked with. I have listed some of my leadership traits that are similar to his, and traits which are different. Additionally, I have mentioned traits that I acquired by working with him.

1. He made me STAND OUT!

2.  He is Dr. Thangarajan, a Professor working at
Kongu Engineering College – Anna University. He
is also the:
 Head of Computer Science Engineering department.
 Staff in-charge of Higher Education and Competitive
exams Cell (HEC).

3. I was appointed as student in-charge of HEC
Worked with him for 10 months
Hosted 8 events, including:
 Guest lectures
 Personalized education planning session
 Charity based gaming event

4. Because WE
BELIEVED…

The high impact events (that we hosted)
inspired our successors.
As a result, they organized 33 events, marking
a 4X increase in level of participation.
