2. The community’s cohesion takes place through the reactivation of
interest (as feeling concerned and willing to care ) for the environment and the territory
The strengthening of the communities of interest’s identity and the participatory process
are facilitated through multidisciplinary skills (social, anthropological, psychological and visual sciences)
used as tools for action (SME - Social-Media-Empowerment),
as well as by proposing a lifestyle
based on a new sustainable relationship between man and the environment
Participatory Process of Pantelleria - Based on civil society started in 2013
to facilitate the local community in their access to the governance for the protection of the sea and the coast
A Participatory Process for MPA encompasses a whole series of
a community of interest’s actions for the sea protection as common good
