planning. With goal-setting you are able to identify
what do you want in your life, your objectives and
your goals.
It’s a process in which a person goes through to
identify his/her life aspirations. This aspirations
can be personal or professional ones.

3. Goal Setting is about developing objectives that
can get you to where you want to be. Effective
goal setting is about having specific, measurable,
attainable, realistic goals that are meant to be
turned into reality within a certain time frame.

4. For example, if you say you want to do a trip of
your dreams, this doesn’t count much as an
effective goal.
But when you say you want to travel to Peru and
Bolivia, learning about the Andean culture within
6 months , this is a more realistic, measurable and
time framed goal!
