Kerner Kabinett - The innovation of wine in Württemberg will
become a classic

Background:
Kerner is a German cross between Trollinger and Riesling. It was bred in the heart of Württemberg's
wine region at the Weinbauschule Weinsberg (LVWO) in 1969. It is ideal for growing in the special
climate in Württemberg and some other regions in Germany.

Color and Flavor:
Kerner is an easygoing wine with a very delicate aroma, a little bit spicy with a long fruity finish.

Food and Wine Pairings:

Trollinger Blanc de Noir - The traditional wine of Württemberg
new defined for young people

Background:
Trollinger Blanc de Noir is part of a very new line of wines called "Junge Linie". This means literally
Young Line and is dedicated to the attitude to life of a young generation. This Young Line provides to
you a broad diversity of taste, from a firm Dornfelder to the Traminer and Muscat.
We have selected for you the Trollinger Blanc de Noir, which is a rosé wine from the Trollinger. It is
produced with the skin contact method. So there arised a wonderful pleasure for your palate.

Color and Flavor:
Trollinger Blanc de Noir has the nuances of red color of the Trollinger within a light rosé wine. It has
the typical fruity note of the Trollinger with fine and elegant fruity aromas.

Food and Wine Pairings:

Lemberger Weissherbst - An elegant tradition in Württemberg

Wine:                        Lemberger Weissherbst trocken QbA

Best temperature to enjoy:   8 - 12° C

Background:
Lemberger Weissherbst is a rosé wine. It is produced with the skin contact method. Black-skinned gra-
pes of the Lemberger are crushed and the skins are allowed to remain in contact with the juice for a
short period. The must is then pressed, and the skins are discarded rather than left in contact throug-
hout fermentation as with the making of the red Lemberger. The skins contain much of tannin and
other taste influencing ingredients. The wine is closer to a white than a red wine. The longer the skins
are in contact with the juice, the more intense the color of the final Lemberger gets.

Color and Flavor:
Lemberger Weissherbst has a wonderful intensely rosé color. This Weissherbst is a very elegant wine
with a dry accent.

Food and Wine Pairings:
Our suggestions are shellfish, fish, soups, salads, pasta with salmon, fowl, veal, rabbit, pork, sausages,
ham, pâtés and mild, medium or full flavored cheese.
Our special suggestion is to pair Lemberger Weissherbst with another speciality of Germany, the white
asparagus.

Lemberger Noblesse - A pure tradition in Württemberg

Background:
Lemberger is also known as Blaufränkisch and Limberger. This wine has a long history in Württemberg.
The German name Lemberger points to its origin on the Danube River as it came from the principality
Limberg in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, what is now in Slovakia.
Red wines are fermented on the skins. Wines of the Noblesse line are made of selected grape material
from old vine branches and are matured in wooden casks. The results are top quality wines, full-bodied
and rich in extract.

Color and Flavor:
Lemberger Noblesse has a dark red color with plenty of cooked fruit and berry flavor. Light tannin gi-
ves an elegant note with a long finish with a hint of spiciness.

Food and Wine Pairings:
Our suggestions are pasta, pizza and sandwiches, variety meats, pork, sausages, ham, pâtés, beef,
lamb, game and full flavored cheese.

Regent Noblesse - The modern Württemberger

Wine:                        Regent Noblesse trocken QbA

Grape:                       Regent
Taste:                       dry
Alcohol:                     13,0 % by vol.
Bottle:                      750 ml
Best temperature to enjoy:   16 - 19° C

Background:
This new grape is very similar in character to the Lemberger. The wine is deep in color and has a mo-
derate tannin level. Regent is planted primarily in good vineyards. It combines seductive aroma, a
strong structure and a long finish like a Lemberger.
Red wines are fermented on the skins. Wines of the Noblesse line are made of selected grape material
from old vine branches and are matured in wooden casks. The results are top quality wines, full-bodied
and rich in extract.

Color and Flavor:
At best, the wine produced only of selected ripe fruit is harmonious, with distinct fruit aromas, a firm
structure and a good finish.
Regent's color is intensive purple red with moderate acidity and tannin and unveil aromas of blueberry.
This is a wine with the sanguineness of the South.

Food and Wine Pairings:
Depending on vinification and aging, Regent goes well with braised or stewed pork as well as beef
served with rich, flavorful sauces. It is also perfect with spicy pasta dishes.
Other suggestions are game birds, sausages, ham, pâtés, lamb, game and mild, medium or full
flavored cheese.

Samtrot - The velvety Württemberg

Background:
Samtrot is a member of the Pinot family. Its name ‒ literally translated "red velvet" ‒ derives from its
velvety softness. Samtrot was not only discovered in Württemberg, but this is the only region in which
it is grown. It shares the same high demands on climate and soil as its other Pinot counterparts. In ge-
neral, it is not a very prolific variety.

Color and Flavor:
Samtrot is similar in character to its Pinot counterparts, and in terms of color and taste, do credit to its
name. Its harmonious acidity lends it a velvety texture. Samtrot wines have a warm red color and an
aroma of raspberry and cherry.

Food and Wine Pairings:
Samtrot is a perfectly going with lamb or roasted beef and mild spicy cheese. Other suggestions are
salads, game birds, pork, sausages, ham, pâtés and game.

Trollinger - The famous wine of Württemberg

Background:
In Germany, the late ripening Trollinger is almost solely cultivated in Württemberg. Württemberg is an
area in the Southwest of Germany, in the heart of Europe. Trollinger is the same grape known as Ver-
natsch in Southern Tyrol, Italy. There is a long history in viticulturing Trollinger. The first Trollinger ca-
me with the Romans to Germany. Over the past centuries, this agreeable wine has become the famous
wine of Württemberg.

Color and Flavor:
Trollinger wine is tile-red in color. This wine is light, fruity and ready to drink soon after the harvest ‒
it doesn´t require years of aging. Its delicate aroma hints at red currants in combination with a slight
bitter almond tone in the finish.

Food and Wine Pairings:
Trollinger nicely complements hearty dishes. Naturally, Württembergers also drink their famous beve-
rage with snacks between meals, and it is frequently served at barbecues during the summer months ‒
and if you want as a well chilled, more flavorful alternative to a rosé.
Other suggestions are soups, salads, pasta, egg, rice and soy, pizza, sandwiches, variety meats, fowl,
game birds, veal, rabbit, pork, sausages, ham, pâtés, beef, lamb, game and medium or full flavored
cheese.

LEO süss rot Cuvée - An easygoing delicious treat

Background:
Cuvées have a young tradition in Löwenstein. These are all composed from careful selected wines of
Löwenstein. LEO süss rot Cuvée is made to give a maximum of uncomplicated easygoing pleasure to
you.

Color and Flavor:
LEO süss rot Cuvée is an elegant, wonderful vigorous, firm and full-bodied wine with dark red color and
a sweet and fruity finish.

Food and Wine Pairings:
LEO süss rot Cuvée is a very good aperitif or the right choice to enjoy it to the dessert.

Sparkling Wine Trollinger Rosé Secco - The traditional wine
of Württemberg with a touch of the South

Sparkling Wine Schwarzriesling Weissherbst - A tradition of
Württemberg, composed to a sparkling wine, to celebrate a
special moment

Background:
The base wine is Schwarzriesling Weissherbst. This is a rosé wine. It is produced with the skin contact
method. Black-skinned grapes of the Schwarzriesling are crushed and the skins are allowed to remain
in contact with the juice for a short period in time. The must is then pressed, and the skins are
discarded rather than left in contact throughout fermentation as with red Schwarzriesling making. The
skins contain much of tannin and other taste influencing ingredients. The wine is more like a white
wine. The longer the skins are in contact with the juice, the more intense the color of the final
Schwarzriesling gets. The base wine is from one grape, one single vineyard and exclusively one
vintage. So it is of very unique quality. The resulting sparkling wine is produced similar to the method
which is used for making Champagners.

Color and Flavor:
Sparkling Wine Schwarzriesling Weissherbst is very inspiring, an elegant and very harmonious
companion in any celebration, festivity or occasion.

Sparkling Wine Schwarzriesling Weissherbst is a very good aperitif.

Bottle: 750 ml Best temperature to enjoy: 8 - 12° C Background: Riesling is one of the world's great white-wine grape varieties. Grown around the world, it is best- known as the source of the best-quality wines from Germany. For this wine best grapes of Kabinett quality are beeing used. Color and Flavor: This Riesling is of a fine raciness and has elegant aromas like peaches. The refreshing acidity gives a wonderful impression on the palate. Bottle: 750 ml Best temperature to enjoy: 10 - 12° C Background: Riesling is one of the world's great white-wine grape varieties. Grown around the world, it is best- known as the source of the best-quality wines from Germany. All wines of our Noblesse line are matured in wooden casks. Color and Flavor: This Riesling has little spice and instead relies on its delicate aromas like peaches and subtle flavors. Kerner Kabinett - The innovation of wine in Württemberg will become a classic Wine: Kerner Kabinett QmP Origin: Löwenstein, Württemberg, Germany Vintage: 2011 Grape: Kerner Taste: semi-dry Alcohol: 11,0 % by vol. Bottle: 750 ml Best temperature to enjoy: 10 - 12° C Background: Kerner is a German cross between Trollinger and Riesling. It was bred in the heart of Württemberg's wine region at the Weinbauschule Weinsberg (LVWO) in 1969. It is ideal for growing in the special climate in Württemberg and some other regions in Germany. Color and Flavor: Kerner is an easygoing wine with a very delicate aroma, a little bit spicy with a long fruity finish. Trollinger Blanc de Noir - The traditional wine of Württemberg new defined for young people Wine: Trollinger Blanc de Noir Origin: Winzer vom Weinsberger Tal, Württemberg, Germany Vintage: 2011 Grape: Trollinger Taste: semi-dry Alcohol: 11,0 % by vol. Bottle: 750 ml Best temperature to enjoy: 10 - 12° C Background: Trollinger Blanc de Noir is part of a very new line of wines called "Junge Linie". This means literally Young Line and is dedicated to the attitude to life of a young generation. This Young Line provides to you a broad diversity of taste, from a firm Dornfelder to the Traminer and Muscat. We have selected for you the Trollinger Blanc de Noir, which is a rosé wine from the Trollinger. It is produced with the skin contact method. So there arised a wonderful pleasure for your palate. Color and Flavor: Trollinger Blanc de Noir has the nuances of red color of the Trollinger within a light rosé wine. It has the typical fruity note of the Trollinger with fine and elegant fruity aromas. Lemberger Weissherbst - An elegant tradition in Württemberg Wine: Lemberger Weissherbst trocken QbA Origin: Löwenstein, Württemberg, Germany Vintage: 2011 Grape: Lemberger Taste: dry Alcohol: 12,5 % by vol. Bottle: 750 ml Best temperature to enjoy: 8 - 12° C Background: Lemberger Weissherbst is a rosé wine. It is produced with the skin contact method. Black-skinned gra- pes of the Lemberger are crushed and the skins are allowed to remain in contact with the juice for a short period. The must is then pressed, and the skins are discarded rather than left in contact throug- hout fermentation as with the making of the red Lemberger. The skins contain much of tannin and other taste influencing ingredients. The wine is closer to a white than a red wine. Bottle: 750 ml Best temperature to enjoy: 15 - 19° C Background: Lemberger is also known as Blaufränkisch and Limberger. This wine has a long history in Württemberg. The German name Lemberger points to its origin on the Danube River as it came from the principality Limberg in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, what is now in Slovakia. Red wines are fermented on the skins. Wines of the Noblesse line are made of selected grape material from old vine branches and are matured in wooden casks. The results are top quality wines, full-bodied and rich in extract. Color and Flavor: Lemberger Noblesse has a dark red color with plenty of cooked fruit and berry flavor. Light tannin gi- ves an elegant note with a long finish with a hint of spiciness.   • 11. Regent Noblesse - The modern Württemberger Wine: Regent Noblesse trocken QbA Origin: Löwenstein, Württemberg, Germany Vintage: 2009 Grape: Regent Taste: dry Alcohol: 13,0 % by vol. Bottle: 750 ml Best temperature to enjoy: 16 - 19° C Background: This new grape is very similar in character to the Lemberger. The wine is deep in color and has a mo- derate tannin level. Regent is planted primarily in good vineyards. It combines seductive aroma, a strong structure and a long finish like a Lemberger. Red wines are fermented on the skins. Wines of the Noblesse line are made of selected grape material from old vine branches and are matured in wooden casks. The results are top quality wines, full-bodied and rich in extract. Color and Flavor: At best, the wine produced only of selected ripe fruit is harmonious, with distinct fruit aromas, a firm structure and a good finish. Regent's color is intensive purple red with moderate acidity and tannin and unveil aromas of blueberry. This is a wine with the sanguineness of the South. Food and Wine Pairings: Depending on vinification and aging, Regent goes well with braised or stewed pork as well as beef served with rich, flavorful sauces. Bottle: 750 ml Best temperature to enjoy: 16 - 19° C Background: Samtrot is a member of the Pinot family. Its name ‒ literally translated "red velvet" ‒ derives from its velvety softness. Samtrot was not only discovered in Württemberg, but this is the only region in which it is grown. It shares the same high demands on climate and soil as its other Pinot counterparts. In ge- neral, it is not a very prolific variety. Color and Flavor: Samtrot is similar in character to its Pinot counterparts, and in terms of color and taste, do credit to its name. Its harmonious acidity lends it a velvety texture. Samtrot wines have a warm red color and an aroma of raspberry and cherry. Württemberg is an area in the Southwest of Germany, in the heart of Europe. Trollinger is the same grape known as Ver- natsch in Southern Tyrol, Italy. There is a long history in viticulturing Trollinger. The first Trollinger ca- me with the Romans to Germany. Over the past centuries, this agreeable wine has become the famous wine of Württemberg. Color and Flavor: Trollinger wine is tile-red in color. This wine is light, fruity and ready to drink soon after the harvest ‒ it doesn´t require years of aging. Its delicate aroma hints at red currants in combination with a slight bitter almond tone in the finish. Food and Wine Pairings: Trollinger nicely complements hearty dishes. The must is then pressed, and the skins are discarded rather than left in contact throughout fermentation as with red Schwarzriesling making. The skins contain much of tannin and other taste influencing ingredients. The wine is more like a white wine.
