Changes: (tentative)

1.Every month to follow a theme of writing exploring famous works, having writing
exercises and writing their own stories

1.Monthly Publication of collated works done during the sessions

1.Distribution to be done in a creative manner to increase publicity

1.The final session of the month will be held to plan distribution of our works and to do a
book sharing activity.

1.Regular visits to external literary sessions will be scheduled when possible.

1.We aim to increase participation in competitions.

1.We aim to increase collaborations with other groups in TP.

1.More effort will be put in to improve group dynamics

1.There is a suggestion about making the monthly sessions open to everyone, as the new
model of action is more self contained.

1. Encourage reading for everyone, suggestions will be put on facebook, especially of the
classics.

Proposal
What are we going to be dong for Halloween:
- Dress up (all- black in scary make-up)
- Go around school getting people to read and
  review portions of our stories
- To get their attention, we give them treats free
- If we are able to come up with products that
   can be sold, we go for it!
Target :
100 people at least
Run
- 31st Oct, Wed, writers – at least 4-6 in one
  shift,
take turns to go around school getting
  people to
read our stories and reviewing them
Time : 9am – 7pm (inc. setting up time)


- Stories will be printed on designed paper,
  sized A5,

 up artist
26/10 – All willing members to send time-table,
 willingness to wear
