 I have my clients tell me about their favorite place that
they feel safe and guide them there using their
dominant senses.
 I use guided imagery to start the relaxation process
and deep breathing.
 It is perfectly safe.

 An assessment of what the client’s dominant senses are,
favorite place is, and what issues need to be addressed in
session.
