Key Contributions:
 Tasked with the management of a wide variety of private and public sector inclusive of new
build, planned maintenance, day to day repairs and refurbishment projects, including;
environmental facelift schemes, streetscape schemes, listed building and ground restoration
works, DDA streetscapes and conservation scheme works, supplied and fitted new shop
frontages to all Lansdowne Road, Crumpsall, shops.
 Instrumental at every stage of the projects lifecycle, maintaining a close watch on all on-
going schemes and regularly checking progress and performance on both direct labour and
sub contractors.
 Key projects included refurbishment initiatives for external facades inclusive of streetscape
work, alley gating installation, interior refurbishment and repair works that involved gas
boiler and fire, electrical rewires, new kitchens and bathrooms to hundreds of dilapidated
old terraced houses within the Cheetham Hill, Crumpsall and Harpurhey areas of
Manchester.
 Managed the complete renewal of whole street surfacing, these included cobbled setts,
tarmac surfaces, drainage replacement, concrete flagging and concrete to main road ways.
Installed steel DDA compliant hand rails, street lighting and tree planting.
 Managed MCC void housing projects on 1 - 3 day and 7 day turnaround basis.

 Overseen the building of two affordable housing projects in Gorton and Eastlands.
