                    Coordinated the acquisition, deployment and staff development of over 14 million dollars of
                     technology equipment. This work included 1,200 laptops for teachers, 1,000 projectors and
                     document cameras. Developed District Wide Standard of Technology Equipment including
                     classroom mock ups and testing. Responsible for the development and implementation of the 5
                     year technology plan.

                     framework for the construction of 2 Elementary schools and 4 Junior High schools.

                     students were still on campus. Test scores were recognized by the Tacoma News Tribune for
                     significant improvement from being among the worst in the district to becoming one of best in the
                     state. Distinguished Principal of the Year for Pierce County (1999).
