This document discusses the cooperative digital preservation model implemented by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints across numerous organizations. Key aspects include developing records management plans with each organization, acquiring and processing records according to criteria, and implementing a digital preservation system with support from the IT department. The approach involves cooperation between the Church History Department and other Church departments and institutions to ensure their important digital content is successfully preserved for future generations.
