• Non-verbal Communication
• Nonverbal communication is the sending or receiving of wordless
messages. Such as
• gesture
• body language,
• posture,
• tone of voice or
• facial expressions
Nonverbal communication is all about the body language of
speaker.
• Verbal Communication
• Verbal communication refers to the form of communication
which is done by word of mouth and a piece of writing

How to start a Business email
• Suppose “ E” is for Expression in word E-Mail.
• Start email by saying,
“Dear Sir/Madam” receiver is unknown.
OR
“Dear Mr Farhan” receiver is known.
OR
“Dear Team”
receivers are multiple.
• Greet the receiver by saying
“Good day to you”
OR
“Hope you be doing fine”
OR
“I hope all is good at your end”

How to convey the message in
email
• AGAIN KISS – Keep it short and simple.
I am sending you this e-mail to inquire if ... “
OR
If you are replying to an e-mail, you could start with, "Thank

Be polite and try to make a smiling ending, by saying:

will be.
• Messages can be edited and revised many time before it
is actually sent.
• Written communication provide record for every
message sent and can be saved for later study.
• A written message enables receiver to fully understand it
and send appropriate feedback.
