3. In order to reduce Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) we need funding to pay for the various medical equipment to hopefully find a cure. It is still not certain what causes babies to die so suddenly, but with the funding and charities we can negatewhatever abnormality goes on in them and find the cure. We also need people to be proactive in the search for a cure. inputs

5. Many parents don’t know that their new born is in danger. October is SIDS, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, and First Candle is joining forces with individuals, local and national member organizations, as well as corporate and retail partners to increase awareness about these tragic causes of infant death. First Candle teaches parents about the dangers of stillbirth. Every community needs to know what they should do to prevent this from happening to them. Community Need and problem
6. First Candle has to plan new ways to inform expecting parents about the dangers of SIDS. First Candle has to explain to institutions why they should be funded. Trying to find astute ways to make SIDS widely known is not easy. how does this link to critical thinking?
7. The Just Thinking Foundation just wants young people to live healthy, responsible lives and it would also help if they knew what SIDS is. Its no surprise that young teens are becoming parents, and who will tell them about the risks of SIDS if their parents don’t know.
