THE ‘CS.TOUR’ PROJECT WILL DEVELOP A TRAINING COURSE FOR THE TOURISM INDUSTRY
The CS.Tour partnership will develop a customized training course for those working or who are
interestedtowork in the tourism and hospitalityindustry.The partners conductedthe researchand
at the current stage the partners are working on the curriculum, training kit, and training platform
for the course.
Through the course the learners will develop the appropriate interpersonal and cultural awareness
skills,the abilitytorecognize cultural differencesinpersonal valuesandbehaviorandwill acquire the
know-how to manage cultural diversity.
“The course we’re developing within this transnational partnership definitely deserves attention of
Swedishtourismplayers.Itcouldbe useful toanyone,workinginthe tourismindustry,I’mgladI had
an opportunity to present it today”, - says Ali Rashidi, the director of Department for International
Cooperation of Folkuniversitetet.
CS.Tour is 32 months project, launched in September 2015. The CS.Tour consortium consist of nine
organisationsfrom5EuropeancountriesGreece,Spain,UK,Sweden&Cyprus), all involvedinHuman
Resources development and support services to tourism and hospitality sector.
