1. Retention rate
   ‘The proportion of members who remain a member
   for any predetermined time period e.g., 3 months, 6
   months, 12 months etc.’

2. Attrition rate
  ‘The number of members, per thousand, that cancel
   per month’

3. Lifetime value
   ‘The average (median) length of membership or the
   lifespan of a membership.’
