燕山石化教育培训中心是燕山石化所属唯一的培训实体，是中国石化集团公
司重要的培训基地之一。中心分为本部和西校区两个校区，占地面积248
亩，目前培训规模达25000人次/年。
Education and Training Center is the only training center of BYPC，and it
is also one of the most important training centers of SINOPEC.Our traning
center includes headquarters and west school area.The area of Education
and Traning Center is 248mu.At present, the scale of training up to 25000
persons per year.

8. 教培中心介绍-培训与演示装置
Training and Demonstration Device
基金会现场总线（Ff）技术培训与演示装置由现场总线基金会
提供控制系统及仪表、由燕山石化教育培训中心设计演示装置
合作建造而成，是基金会现场总线技术（中国）培训与演示中
心的主要设施。
装置控制系统包括5个系统主站和28台现场设备。同时作为系
统的一部分，8台Ff设备被安装在培训教室中，以方便学员在课
堂上直观地对这些仪表进行设置与调试。
Ff technology training and demonstration device is biult by Fieldbus
Foundation and Education and Training Center of BYPC. Fieldbus
Foundation provides control system and instrument , Education and
Training Center of BYPC designs demonstration device. IT is the main
facility of Filedbus Foundation Certified Training and Demonstration Center.
Device control system includes 5system master stations and 28 sets of
field equipment.As a part of system，8 Ff devices were installed in the
training room for students to directly setup and debug these instruments in
classes.

Demonstration Units
装置的全部控制与检测功能由来自27个厂家的5个系统主站和28台现
场设备实现。设计了9个指示回路， 8个控制回路和若干开关回路。
The device of all control and test function is realized by the 5 master systems
and 28 sets of field equipment from 27 manufacturers .There are nine
indicating circuits, eight control loops and a plurality of switch circuits.

22. 专题培训及技术讲座
Special Training and Technical Seminar
 自2005年~2012年已成功举办培训班18期，培训学
员共计330人次，学员主要来自于中石化各企业，
还有部分学员来自贵溪冶炼厂、中海油、台塑等中
石化系统外的企业
 Training Courses have been successfully held
eighteenth since 2005 ~ 2012. 330 students have
taken part in the training courses.The students
were mainly from SINOPEC enterprises, the
others came from the enterprises that are outside
Sinopec system,such as Guixi Smelter, CNOOC
and Formosa Plastics,etc .

Special Training and Technical Seminar
 自2005年~2012年还为仪表工程技术人员和仪
表维护人员、在校大学生等举办了几十个场次
的技术讲座，参加人员超过2000人次
 Technical Seminars have been held dozens

and college students since 2005 ~2012 .
