2. 1. Krill Oil
Both fish oil and Krill oil contain Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. But the Omega 3
in Krill Oil are bound to phospholipids. Krill oil contains specialized fat molecules
called phospholipids which help emulsify fatty acids and enhance their absorption
and retention. Our cell membranes are also made of phospholipids. So Krill Oil takes
to our cell membranes quickly and easily as the phospholipid forms of EPA and DHA
found in krill oil are identical to the phospholipids in our own cell membranes. Hence
Krill Oil is 48 times better absorbed than fish oil.
Krill Oil also contains a naturally-occurring antioxidant called astaxanthin, along with
small amounts of vitamin E and A that keeps it from oxidizing and becoming rancid
in the gut.
Research conducted in a group of overweight rats found that krill oil provoked a 42%
decrease in fat (triglyceride) build-up in the hearts of the test rats. Fish oil only lead
to a marginal decline in cardio-lipids of 2%. When the authors of the study examined
the livers of these animals, they discovered a 60% reduction in fat in their livers, as
opposed to 38% in the livers of rats fed fish oil.

make sure that you take it every day and that you give it a minimum of 12 weeks, at

The most abundant of all 3 BCAAs. Research has shown that Leucine is the most
effective BCAA in in fighting fat and maintaining muscle. Supplementing with Leucine
powder may give you an extra edge in your fight against fat.
6. L-Carnitine
4. is a non essential amino acid made from lysine and methionine. L- carnitine is
responsible for transferring the fatty acids across the cell membranes to the
mitochondria where they are burnt(oxidized) as fuel. If carnitine levels are not
adequate, the mitochondria cannot absorb and metabolize fatty acids. Thus the level
of fat in blood stream may be high, which may interfere with our ability to burn fat.
