Farshad has a wide range of professional experience in HR and business development, from
being a trainer and consultant to entrepreneurship. He got his Doctorate in Business
Management and with over 15 years of experiences, Farshad is the CEO and founder of
Radman Consulting Group.
Farshad is CEO and founder of Radman Consulting Group. He works as a managerial
consultant in field of Humane Resources management. He major experiences is in teaching,
coaching, leadership and organizational development. His done management consultancy in
several areas like business developing, HR and talent acquisition. As an entrepreneur, he
was involved in many different roles like marketing, sales and legal issues for past years.
Farshad’s background is in bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering in year 2001. Since he
loves mathematics, problem solving, planning, and budgeting, Farshad has enhanced his
talented gift in analyzing issues and decision-making process. In addition, he has gone to
Canadian business school of Royal Roads in the field of Master Business Administration in
year 2005. He has experienced the opportunity to learn management knowledge in western
culture. Farshad continued his education for doctorate degree, in university of Bordeaux in
France. He is holding several certificates like professional behavioral analysis from Arizona,
USA, as well as a memberships in societies like SHRM.
He has the honor of doing more than 1000 days of training and coaching for more than 8000
people in multinational and well-known national companies, such as Nestle, Sanfi, Shell,
Novartis, Novo-Nordisk, Bayer, Unilever, MTN-Irancell, Mapna, Sharif University School
of Occupation, etc.
