 1. SNP Name*, position (hg19), mutation
 2. Proposed phylogeny/SNP positioning
 3. Provide kit proofs
 4. Avoid heavily recurrent, STR embedded,
and other unreliable SNPs.
 5. Must be FTDNA generated data
 6. No private SNPs (2+ required)
