3. The activities are held within Workgroups (WG):

Developed and mainstreamed results will be used by each
national organisation involved, as well as the labour market
and social welfare institutions in the three member states.
4. Each project involved implements a method of individual
support within the area of social and professional
reintegration:
The Netherlands – focused on the pre-work phase
(workshop) and the drug abuse rehabilitation
Poland – focused on social activation and establishing
a local support network
Slovakia – social counselling by the long-term unemployed
individuals in the Social Centres

5. Knowledge and experiences (best practices) sharing
on the various levels
Study visits in the institutions opened within the projects
and the homeless shelters
Group work (preparing the final documents)
Including the obtained knowledge into the domestic
projects

6. The Polish partner identified that homeless people were
not used to everyday work, which resulted in some of them
loosing their jobs soon after leaving the project;
Study visit in the Netherlands gives the Polish partner
an inspiration – the workshop enabling the clients to learn
how to cope with the work environment before starting
a job in the open labour market;
A new institution that includes a workshop is opened
in Poland;
The workshop method is innovative for Polish standards,
therefore it will be mainstreamed and used in further
activities of the Polish partner.

7. A website describing the transnational partnership,
its purpose, means and goals.
A book including the outcomes of the Workgroups and
the evaluation report, also with a CD consisted of various
materials created by the Workgroups and each project
involved (available in December 2007).
Sharing and learning the best practices, implementing them
into further activities of each organisation involved.
Mainstreaming the obtained knowledge among the
institutions of the labour market and social welfare areas
in the three involved member states.
