I am writing this letter to endorse Bridgette McCoy, former Customer Mitigation Manager at Alpha Gas
and Electric LLC. I had the opportunity and pleasure of working with her, first as her trainer, later as her
Office Manager.
Bridgette was an exemplary employee. Punctuality, attendance, and being a team player, were but a
few of the many qualities she possesses. These qualities, along with very courteous and professional
demeanor most certainly contributed to her success as a Mitigation Manager; maintaining her
customer retention rate, at an average of 85%.
She always excelled in her role and maintained one of the highest levels of productivity during my
tenure with the company.
Bridgette takes initiative to go beyond the expected parameters of her job. All the intangibles that lead
to success in the workplace are in order with this employee.
