teacher, who liaises closely with
your class teacher in implementing
the weekly plan. Each Friday, dur-
ing the review lesson, you will
have the opportunity to look back
over the week and make sugges-

Accommodation
We do our best to ensure you feel truly at home in your host country.
Whether you choose to stay in a homestay, a student residence, a hotel
or guesthouse, you can be sure that all accommodation options have
been carefully selected by Eurocentres. You will be spoilt for choice:
select the type of accommodation that suits your needs.
Homestay
Most Eurocentres students choose our homestay pro-
gramme. It is one of the best ways to get to know your
host country’s customs and culture, and the ideal
opportunity to use your newly acquired language skills.
You will have your own room, furnished to a good
local standard. If you have any special requirements,
such as a vegetarian diet, please let us know on the
enrolment form. We will make every effort to comply
with your wishes when arranging your accommoda-
tion. Our hosts, families with and without children,
older couples and single people – are carefully
selected and regularly inspected by our local staff, fol-
lowing clearly defined quality standards. We have been
working with most of our hosts for many years now
and all are experienced in looking after guests in their
homes.
Student residence
In a student residence, contact with students from all
over the world will give you the chance to form and
deepen friendships. You will have your own room and
be responsible for your own meals. Some residences
have university restaurant facilities nearby where you
can eat at a reasonable price. Others have communal
kitchens where you can prepare your own meals,
although not all are equipped with crockery, pots and
pans.
Hotel or apartment
Most of the apartments we offer are basic, inexpen-
sive studios with a bedroom/living room and a kitch-
enette. The range of apartments varies from location
to location. We are also happy to arrange or recom-
mend accommodation for you in a two, three and
four-star hotel or guesthouse.

lots of facilities for students.

everyone who prepares for exams or wants to
improve general English.
Stephanie Wanderley
Barreto, Brazil
The school is well located near
to central London. The classes
were good and entertaining.
I have learnt English as well
as new things about different countries and
cultures. And my host made my time here even
more pleasant.
Lidia Zhou, Italy
The teachers are extraordinary,
because they teach with passion,
so I was more motivated to learn
and improve my English. It’s
the best school for me to learn
English because of its personalised education.
Great Britain and Ireland

cities in the world, London sets trends in
fashion, music, design and film. Our school

have plenty of things to do.
London Eltham
The school is located in the grounds of a royal
palace in a leafy suburb called Eltham, close
to Greenwich, where the world’s time is set.
Enjoy the advantages of a quieter suburban
location with access to city life only a
25 minute train ride from central London.

student cities in Europe, Cambridge is a
convenient size for getting around either on
foot or by bike. Young people from all over

Joohyun Park, Korea
I like the small classroom
atmosphere where teachers can
focus on every student. I also
like the curriculum in the
reading class where we read a
novel and write a report about it. I had a really
good time in my class!
Sandra Iamamoto, Brazil
Everyone in the school was
very engaged in offering me
an enjoyable experience. I
received many tips about the
city and American culture.
The teachers are attentive and the classes are
fun and diverse.
USA and Canada
San Diego
“America’s finest city” is quickly becoming
the primary destination for travellers. With its
year-round near-perfect climate, picturesque
beaches, stunning landscape and cultural
venues, San Diego is the ideal location for
international students wanting to experience
American culture in a safe, friendly city.
New York
There’s nothing bite-sized about the Big
Apple, the city of superlatives. No other city
on earth brings together so many races,
cultures, religions, and nations. New trends
are born here all the time, between the
skyscrapers of Manhattan, along Broadway,
Wall Street and Central Park.
East Lansing
A typical university town, but with all the
amenities one would expect from a big city:
restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment
centres, malls, all within walking distance of
the campus and the student residences. A
wonderful, true university experience.

My experience at Eurocentres
Vancouver has been life
changing. The fact that each
class has no more than 14
students make it so personalised, helping you
improve your individual issues, and it is easy
making new friends.
Florian Huber, Switzerland
Eurocentres is a very good
choice to learn English because
of the amazing support of the
staff. Educational is the school
also on a very high standard.
Overall, the time at Eurocentres was a fully
success for me.
Toronto
As the fourth largest city in North America,
Toronto is a safe, cosmopolitan city with an
exciting nightlife, excellent restaurants,
professional sports teams, and exceptional
art, theatre, music and cultural opportunities.
Spacious parks, wonderful beaches and an
excellent public transit system all make
Toronto a model city. The world famous
Niagara Falls are only a short drive away.
Vancouver
Surrounded by the ocean and mountains, and
with a mild climate, Vancouver always ranks
among the world’s best places to live. It offers
an enormous range of water and alpine sports
for all seasons. You can relax at one of the
many beaches, wander through historic
Gastown, enjoy the active nightlife or explore
one of the city’s 100 beautiful parks.

Luca Lauricella, Italy
I really enjoyed the possibility
to improve my English in a
multicultural environment.
Teachers are just awesome, the
school is easy to reach and, no
matter how good you are, you will never be left
behind!
Stephen Delabays,
Switzerland
My teachers were really nice
and friendly and the topics
were interesting. During the
lessons, we talked a lot and the
activities were varied. Cairns is a beautiful
place, especially the reef where I could go
snorkelling.
Australia, New Zealand,
South Africa and Malta
Cairns
With the Great Barrier Reef, mountains,
tropical rain forests, endless white sandy
beaches, fabulous lagoons and the Pacific
Ocean, this friendly, cosmopolitan, multi-
cultural city enjoys endless summer. Cairns is
a diver’s paradise for both beginners and
advanced practitioners, and a perfect place
for sun seekers.
Sydney
Australia’s largest city with a magnificent
harbour and home to the famous Opera
House and Harbour Bridge. Sydney has a
mild climate and offers spectacular surfing
beaches including Bondi, Coogee and Manly.
This lively multicultural city offers exciting
nightlife, restaurants, cafés and shopping, and
the superb transport system.

Melbourne is Australia’s cultural, sports,
fashion and foodie hub. Whether it’s the many
exciting laneways of the city, the vibrant

different cultural precincts, there’s always
something happening here. Melbourne is
arguably Australia’s most multicultural city, a
melting pot of culture and experiences.

I am really enjoying the school
and the teachers are very
patient. There are a lot of
social activities in order to
practise your English. My host
family is so nice, the host mother is always
assisting me with my English.
Cape Town
The oldest city in South Africa and known as
the “Mother City”. With Table Mountain at
its heart, Cape Town straddles both the
Atlantic and Indian Oceans. An ideal base for
exploring the mountains, beaches, historic
vineyards and farms for which the area is
famed. Cape Town is a cosmopolitan city

At School I had good
opportunities to talk actively in
English. The relations between
staff, teachers and students are
very close. The atmosphere of
the school is open and cosy. Especially the
garden is comfortable.

arcades, open-air cafés and waterfront
restaurants. Malta offers open-air festivals

Ann Sophie Franzen,
Switzerland
The teachers, the host family,
and the other students,
everyone here has become like
my family. The school has
organised many activities: we have gone on
excursions or have cooked and watched a film
together.
Jean Cudemos, USA
I arrived a couple of months
ago and didn’t speak French.
I now find myself having
conversations with friends
and my host family.
Eurocentres is a great school where I’’ve met
friends from all over the world.
Elfva Barrio, Sweden
We are able to use our creativity
while learning, which makes it
interesting and easier to follow.
It is perfect for someone who
is longing to learn as much as
possible in an amusing and effective way.
France and Switzerland
Paris
Notre-Dame, Sacré-Cœur, the Arc de
Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower and other historic
buildings and monuments dominate the
skyline. A city full of spirit, famous for its arts
and “joie de vivre”, its wide boulevards and
winding streets. Varied nightlife: trendy bars
and clubs, traditional brasseries. Euro Disney
is close to the city.
La Rochelle
Coastal location with islands, sandy beaches
and sleepy fishing villages. The rich history
of this harbour town has always been
inseparable from the Atlantic. From the old
port, the first French colonialists left for
Canada in the 15th century. Fantastic water-
sports facilities (sailing, surfing) along the
Atlantic coast. A friendly student town.
Amboise
Wonderful little town in the “Garden of
France”. Ideal base for excursions to the
world-famous Loire castles and vineyards.
Amboise is situated in Touraine, a region
well known for its pure French and classed in
2000 as a UNESCO world heritage site. It’s
no coincidence that Mick Jagger has chosen
to make Amboise his second home!

Christian Pena Gonzalez,
Colombia
Here, teaching is intensive and
classes are small so we can
progress quickly. In 5 months,
I have learned to communicate
without problems and can now socialise in
French. Also, Lausanne is a beautiful city by
the lakeside.
Lausanne
Lausanne on Lake Geneva, only a few
kilometres away from some of the highest
peaks of the Alps (Matterhorn, Eiger, Mönch
and Jungfrau), is an ideal city for leisure,
exploring, cycling and strolling along the
lakeside, and a must for watersports,
mountaineering and winter sports enthusiasts.
Very close by is the famous wine-growing
district of Lavaux.

  • 28. 26 Joohyun Park, Korea I like the small classroom atmosphere where teachers can focus on every student. I also like the curriculum in the reading class where we read a novel and write a report about it. I had a really good time in my class! Sandra Iamamoto, Brazil Everyone in the school was very engaged in offering me an enjoyable experience. I received many tips about the city and American culture. The teachers are attentive and the classes are fun and diverse. USA and Canada San Diego “America’s finest city” is quickly becoming the primary destination for travellers. With its year-round near-perfect climate, picturesque beaches, stunning landscape and cultural venues, San Diego is the ideal location for international students wanting to experience American culture in a safe, friendly city. New York There’s nothing bite-sized about the Big Apple, the city of superlatives. No other city on earth brings together so many races, cultures, religions, and nations. New trends are born here all the time, between the skyscrapers of Manhattan, along Broadway, Wall Street and Central Park. East Lansing A typical university town, but with all the amenities one would expect from a big city: restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment centres, malls, all within walking distance of the campus and the student residences. A wonderful, true university experience. The fact that each class has no more than 14 students make it so personalised, helping you improve your individual issues, and it is easy making new friends. Florian Huber, Switzerland Eurocentres is a very good choice to learn English because of the amazing support of the staff. Educational is the school also on a very high standard. Overall, the time at Eurocentres was a fully success for me. Toronto As the fourth largest city in North America, Toronto is a safe, cosmopolitan city with an exciting nightlife, excellent restaurants, professional sports teams, and exceptional art, theatre, music and cultural opportunities.
