Gati Limited has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 8.4 crore for the second quarter ended September
30, 2106 as against a profit of Rs 8.3 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.

GATI provides Express Distribution and Supply Chain Solutions and E-commerce Logistics Solutions in
India and delivers over 280,000 packages every day. It posted revenue of Rs 428.8 crore,registering a top
line growth of 5.2% in its financial results for the second quarter ended September 30th, 2016.

Investment in e-com facilitator BrownTape Tech
Gati has invested an undisclosed sum in BrownTape Technologies Pvt Ltd, a cloud-based software
solutions company based out of Goa, according to a stock market disclosure.
The strategic alliance with Browntape allows them to provide unique single-window solution to online
sellers by integrating existing logistic capabilities with Browntape’s order management platform
seamlessly.
“The relationship with BrownTape will form an important part of the company’s long-term growth
strategy. The alliance will work on the vision of simplifying e-commerce for all levels of online sellers,”
said Dhruv Agarwal, chief strategy officer of Gati.
