I’m currently working at www.evans-mfg.com, since June 2013 as production manager.
Duties and responsibilities include establishing priorities, monitoring progress of the production plan,
setting and revising schedules, ensuring proper use of equipment and materials. Instruct and train
personnel on equipment and procedures. Deliver quality product on time. Maintain a safe and clean
work environment. Develope Supervisors & Leaders on different tasks & tools such as Lean
Manufacturing.
180 employees report to me, that include 4 supervisors, 3 group leaders & 9 material handlers.
