Qu’est-ce qu’un dossier officiel ?
 Nous ne devons pas enregistrer tous
les documents
 Mais chaque document enregistré doit
être classé
 Le dossier officiel contient tous les
documents enregistrés concernant une
affaire donnée
… est géré par l’unité « chef de file » sur
cette affaire

Chef de file et gestionnaire
 Dans le déroulement d’une affaire, une unité est
désignée comme « chef de file »
 responsable du classement [SEC(2009)1643 II.3.4.1]
et de la conservation [SEC(2009)1643 II.4.2.1.1]
 On appelle « gestionnaire » l’agent de l’unité
qui est en charge de ce dossier dans l’unité.
 Ce dossier de référence est appelé « dossier 
officiel »
 Au sein de l’unité, on doit disposer de la liste
des dossiers (et de préférence, du nom du
gestionnaire pour chacun d’eux) [ICS 11]

papier

électronique –scan ou original élec.

 Les courriers reçus sur papier
 Les docs avec signature comme condition de
validité
 Restreint-UE:
 fiche sans scan (papier à part - élec  RUE)
