SPECIAL NEWS
 Activity in the U.S. service sector expanded to 58.7 in July
from 56.0 in June, with a reading above 50 indicating
growth in the service sector. The ISM said its non-
manufacturing index climbed at a notably faster rate in the
month of July, according to a report released by the Insti-
tute for Supply Management on Tuesday. With the bigger
than expected increase, the ISM said the non-
manufacturing index reached its highest reading since the
revised survey's inception in January of 2008.
 US factory orders rebounded by much more than expected
in the month of June, after reporting a drop in new orders
for U.S. manufactured goods in the previous month, the
Commerce Department released a report on Tuesday. The
Commerce Department said factory orders jumped by 1.1
percent in June following a revised 0.6 percent decrease in
May.The report said factory orders still increased by 1.1
percent in June when excluding orders for transportation
equipment.
COMMODITY BUZZ
 The WTI futures are trading at $98.22 per barrel, down 9
cents per barrel on the day. MCX Crude oil futures for
August are trading at Rs 6001 per barrel, down Rs 13per
barrel on the day. Prices had tested a low of Rs 5993 per
barrel earlier in the day.
 Gold futures extended with nominal gains but stayed be-
low $1,300 mark on stronger dollar ahead of release of US
ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI and Markit PMI later today
The COMEX gold tumbled to a six week low level last
week as investors weighed the implications of robust eco-
nomic growth and signs of rising wage inflation on Fed-
eral Reserve policy .
