2. Single Sign On (SSO) & Google Apps @ Tahunanui School
This page is the start page or menu
page. Here you can access your Google
Apps email or access documents.
School notices (teacher & student
notices) are found in Docs.

3. Google Apps Email
When you open up your email it
will look like this.
This is your inbox where you
will receive emails.
Click on ‘compose’ to write an
email.

4. Google Docs (Documents)
Click on ‘create new’ A drop down box
will appear. Then you can choose to
make a word document, a folder, a
powerpoint presentation or
spreadsheet.
This is where you can find documents that you have
created or others have shared with you. Click on a
document to open it.

5. Google Docs (Documents) - Adding to the daily notices
When a document has been opened it
is just like using word!
This document is for the student notices.
It has been shared with all the staff.
Click here with your mouse and then start typing your notice. It will
automatically be shared with
everyone. Everyone contributes to the SAME document.
When you have finished click on save.
