Letter of recommendation for Elodie Nasone
To Whom It May Concern,
Elodie Nasone undertook a work placement in West Dunbartonshire Council, Education
Department from 8th
November 2010 to 17th
December 2010. During her time in the
department she held the role of an Administrator within the HR department. She
undertook duties for both the department and the corporate function and was very
effective in every task she was given.
Elodie assisted with the day to day duties of the department, distributing mail, filing etc.
She assisted with data input and helped the department update their supply database, an
important exercise which had been neglected due to other priorities.
Elodie was involved in the following projects:
 Assisting in the full recruitment process form application to interview
 Reviewing the on line recruitment process – suggesting on-line exercises which
could assist the short leeting of applicants
 Reviewing the long service award scheme and the benefits of employee
recognition schemes in general (full report provided)
Elodie was very efficient and hard working during her time with the department. She was
punctual and integrated well into the team. I feel that her spoken English improved
during her time with the department and I would have no hesitation in recommending her
for administrative work in the future.
