development and employee training solutions. Over twenty years ago, we 
created two programs specifically designed to build the mindset 
foundation within organizations by training from the top down. First, with 
The Art Of Leadership; the Science Of Management focusing on emerging 
managers and current leaders and then Self‐Leadership targeting front 
line employees and individual contributors. 

These courses have been applied extensively in many of the best trained 
companies in the world as part of what is referred to as, End 2 End 
Leadership, with huge success.  There is nothing even remotely like it in 
the marketplace, still to this day.
