Elizabeth Schaaf Recommendations
Elizabeth is a detail oriented manager who consistently drills down to improve processes and correct deficiencies. As a
team player, Elizabeth has the ability to motivate staff and sets an example of a high work ethic. Elizabeth possesses
excellent communication skills and demonstrates great rapport with her colleagues and the medical community. February
17, 2014, Geri worked directly with Elizabeth at Healogics.
Valerie Frazier, CCMEPR
Manager, Continuing Medical Education at St. Mary Medical Center
I found Elizabeth to be pro-active, a problem-solver, and a dedicated worker. It was a pleasure to work with her on
projects because she is full of ideas and suggestions to approach the work.
January 8, 2014, Valerie worked with Elizabeth at St Mary’s Medical Center.

Elizabeth and I worked on several projects together over a period of years, her professionalism and attention to detail was
unprecedented, I would strongly recommend Elizabeth as I have come to know her a true leader and strong performer.
January 18, 2014, Ed Fay, Facilities Director from the Taubman Company worked with Elizabeth at Robert Wood
Johnson University.

Elizabeth is detailed oriented. She confidently coordinated events for our hospital that entailed dinner and key note
speakers who were amazing in their presentation. Over the years that I had come to know Elizabeth, she always
approached complex situations with a matter of ease. She is calm under pressure, and handled each event in a stellar
manner.
January 7, 2014, Billie Bellamy, Clinical Director SICU OHRR at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital worked
directly with Elizabeth at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital
“I am pleased to endorse the work that Ms. Schaaf performed in her position as Director of the Parkinson Information and
Referral Center at Robert Wood Johnson. As a member of a team that provides specific adjunct therapy for appropriate
Parkinson candidates, I have had the opportunity to participate in a number of the events organized by Elizabeth. Further,
I had occasion to collaborate with Ms. Schaaf on several of her smaller projects. Finally, a number of times Elizabeth
found resources on our behalf to help us distribute educational materials about our service.
I find Ms. Schaaf to be a tireless worker, available at all times for assistance. Her larger Parkinson events came across as
very swank and professional. Although intended to be educational and informative for her care group, they were also
celebratory and supportive, serving a very important social function.
In collaborating with her on our participation for smaller group presentations she was accommodating and flexible, while
still being firm about sticking to the agenda and purpose of her events and associated newsletters.
Whenever we ran into problems obtaining resources or outlets for our educational materials, she was always the first
individual we would call upon for help. Her knowledge of the system we worked within and her ability to get around
much of the bureaucracy to achieve her goals consistently made her to “Go to person” for our educational needs. It is
my pleasure to recommend Ms. Elizabeth Schaaf, for her high level of professionalism, and administering on behalf of
her advocacy with caring, empathy and patience.
Sincerely,
Dr. Eric L. Hargreaves, Division of Neurosurgery, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School” January 10, 2012
