What it all means
There can be no doubt that HE is the key to a
well-qualified workforce. And a well-qualified
workforce makes for a stronger, productive
economy. But it all starts with access. If
students are still forced to operate in ancient
educational model, how can they be expected
to participate successfully in the modern
market and society.
