This document provides instructions for citing books in MLA format. It explains that a print book citation includes the author's name, book title, city of publication, publisher, and year published. An ebook citation includes the author, title, edition, volume, city, publisher, and year. It also provides an example of citing a book found through an online database, which includes the date accessed in addition to bibliographic information.
