The group has remained committed to hospital-based care while most other local ENT groups have moved to outpatient practices.  Pioneered endoscopic sinus surgery in Orlando.
 First to use computer-assisted navigation in sinus

 Introduced transoral laser microsurgery for
head and neck tumors to Orlando 2005.
